Refund Policy

1. In case you receive an item with manufacturing defect you can opt for refund or replacement. We will bear the shipping cost in either case.. The item must be sent back as originally sealed in the packet. If the packet has been opened or tampered with, we will not be able to process refunds/replacements. 

In case you receive a defective product, you need to send a photo with the original packaging, and your order details on info@shahgems.com within 3 days of delivery. Requests sent after 3 days will not be accepted.


2. We will not be able to process refunds/replacements for reasons other than manufacturing defects.


3. Refunds/replacements can only be processed for orders delivered in the last 21 days. Beyond this time we will not entertain any requests.


4. All refunds will be processed within 3 working days once we receive the returned items back. Refund will be sent back via the same method it was sent. Refund will be processed only if we receive the item back in the same condition as it was sent.
