Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Grace Period

As each piece of Shah Gems jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order, we offer a 1-day (24-hour) cancellation window from the moment your order is placed. To request a cancellation, please email us within this timeframe.

Refund Processing & Fees

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price, minus the non-refundable payment gateway processing fees. (These are the direct transaction costs deducted by the payment processor at the time of purchase).

Custom & In-Process Orders

Because our production begins immediately to ensure fast delivery, cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed or if it is a Bespoke/Custom Commission. Once a piece has entered the casting or setting stage, it is uniquely yours.

Post-Shipment

Cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding manufacturing defects.
